Thank you for your comments on which person covers the "almighty" lobber. I think this method can take the "sting" out of the lob and the lobbers. It's good to know a couple of methods to defend against the lob!

I love advice on this part of the game that no one usually talks about, the reaction to an error, forced or unforced!! I like the easy to remember and easy to adopt tips. I have your book, "Get your Game Face On" and now I always carry my racquet in my opposite hand as I walk back to get into position for the next point which reminds me to just let the error go and think about the next point.

Love all the pointers on your website and that it is tailored for women!! Fabulous!! Your suggestions pertain to all levels of players, from pros to college to recreational players. So often I see such a close match on the college level and it really comes down to who seems mentally tougher and more confident at that time and on those crucial points. In a close match, it really has little to do with the strokes. They have all hit millions of balls.
